First introduced in 2012, the Merlin Jackshaft series (also known as the “MJ” series), are a particularly unique series of garage door openers for sectional, tilt and panel doors. Traditionally, these kinds of garage doors have been opened via a motor with a pole or C-rail, which requires clear ceiling space that is free from bulkheads or obstructions. By transmitting across three frequencies, the E970M all but eliminates interference problems, meaning your garage door will open with every press of the button. Due to the remotes high security, only your garage door remotes will ever open your gate or door preventing code grabbing devices from ‘replaying’ the code to open your garage door.
