Returns Policy

Automatic Doors Australia offers exchange and refund for incorrectly purchased items according to the following conditions. 
 
Please return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item to the following return address:

Include a copy of the Returns and Exchange Form with the return.
 
All items must be returned unopened in original, undamaged packaging. All batteries etc must also be returned in original condition. The return or refund will not be able to be processed if the item or packaging is damaged or used. 
 
For change of mind or incorrect purchases the customer is required to cover the cost of postage with standard tracking. Please note that tracking is required as ADA cannot take any resposbility for undelivered items. In the event of ADA making an error we will reimburse the amount for return postage with tracking. 
 
If a replacement item is required a pre-paid return post package with tracking must be included in the return. For replacement garage openers please contact ADA directly to arrange return postage costs.
 
All refunds or credits will be processed using the same method of payment as the orignal purchase. 
 
In the event of an item that appears to be faulty please intially contact ADA for over the phone advice. We will discuss whether a solution can be provided or whether the item needs to be returned. If the item is under warranty you may be asked to contact the manufacturer directly. 
 
Please allow up to 3 working days from when we receive your item for it to be processed.
